Postage was longer than most items I buy on Ebay or other sites so that's on Australia Post. As its a work shirt used normally in a "heavy duty" industry it would be good to get it in a heavier fabric or at least the option to buy a lighter weight or a heavier/thicker wearing fabric. I didn't have any need to have communication with the seller so that question is N/A
