    Be careful buying from this seller! I received a faulty bulb that was badly manufactured, had to return at my own cost before they would refund me! After promising to refund me the postage (as they are liable) they only refunded the cost of the item. So I’m out of pocket with no item and still waiting for the postage refund. Terrible service.

    Not so; we told buyer to return for full refund or replacement and his postage will be reimbursed but he did not provide PayPal account details, saying he did not have one. Subsequently when we asked for credit card details he was reluctant to do so for security concerns, but eventually a full refund was made.
