Sent me an item in poor condition when an “open box” new condition item was purchased. When I asked them to make it right it became clear that they care more about their bottom line than the customer experience because they only offered a small discount “So we don’t lose more money.” They then suggested that they wouldn’t refund the shipping charge after the return and attempted to only give a partial refund after they received the return. I had to get eBay to step in for the full refund.
