Most all of these items have been displayed at one time or another and then carefully repackaged back into their original boxes. The Buildings and Accessories have no chips, cracks, breakage or other defects. The Mulberrie Court Brownstones Building #58345 does not have a Light Cord or Bulb. The Foam Boxes are in Good Condition - The outer Sleeves of the Buildings have normal wear and some have light corner tearing. All items have all been stored on shelves in a clean, dry room in a non-smoking home.”
