Fan don't have temperature regulations, so full speed all time. Did not test it on full 350W load, but it working fine on my average load. Pay attention - it is a bit longer because of 2 fans design.

Mine came in the typical retail box cardboard packaging, just without the CPU shell. The cooler sits at about 30mm tall from where it contacts the CPU. I put this on a Xeon E3-1265L V3(45watts) with the pre-applied thermal paste. Keeps it at 60c under 100% load using s-tui stress test in linux. Open air bench. Great seller, good price, fast shipping. Thanks!
