    This Southdown wool I ordered arrived and I was deeply satisfied when I opened it. It was every bit as sproingy as I expected from the touted spiral crimp. I couldn't get a good pic depiction, sorry. It's too fine to show up well in photos, but I believe it will be an easy spin from touching the fiber. It's really soft, but not smooth soft or 18 micron like merino. I'm really happy with my wool from BusyBee!
