Asked regular trouble shooting type questions ,,,, you know like any parts counter person would.....Got automatically pissy and I offended his 30 years of experience ,,,I too have 30 years of experience, and regular questions shouldn't offend you. Offered a warranty exchange, he was even madder. And has yet to start a return, Threatened our feedback then went quiet for 3 weeks. So guessing you actually figured out how to install it properly or still haven't figured out the eBay return process.
