But this time was different. I buy 10 of these at a time. What happened this time was poor packing. They literally just dropped the 10 items in a box that was too big, and in no particular order, then put a small amount of wadded up paper on top that was no help at all. So, the items were just bouncing around inside the too big box. Thankfully nothing seems to be damaged.
