      Dear Sir, What's wrong with the custom duties? I made all documentation correct - I did it hundred of times (the order ID and eBay VAT ID was listed), and if you custom wants some money - sometimes they wants VAT, you should apply to eBay - it is their problem and they usually refund VAT.
