    I paid over $100 for a vintage Sony VCR. Item was packed in flimsy, single-wall box with only a thin layer of bubble wrap and absolutely no padding around the item. Normally, the standard for electronic items is to double box them (ideally) or at a minimum, include 2" of padding on all sides. I wrote the seller about the poor quality of the packing. They never responded. When I finally got to test the item, it was not functional. Caveat emptors.
