Packaging was excellent as always with cardboard inserts to protect against damage. And I really appreciate that he does test his batches of decals and includes notes for best practices to protect them - especially considering the vintage of a lot of the products.     The item was delivered as described. The packaging was excellent. The shipping cost was reasonable. USPS delivered the package to the wrong mailbox at my residence, leading to some confusion and delay, but this was no fault of the seller. I think this item is a great value because it allows me to create a paint job not otherwise offered by model train manufacturers.
