It didn't say open box on the listing. The seller has great communication skills. Shipping was delayed but made up for by sending FedEx Air which I was nice. It was delivered within eBay time frame. The price I paid compared to retail was cheaper than other store. It looks new and the quality is great. Looks new as well.
