    The quality of thread was great. The hard plastic container was broken during delivery. Upon picking up the box, rattling could be heard. The sender could have avoided breakage by simply bubble wrapping the outside and putting small piece of cotton between the rows of spools. The spool container could have been sent and properly secured. I asked for a shipping refund in 3 conversations and received a partial refund. If I paid for shipping I should have received the entire price. 👎on seller
