    The price was right, and although I selected Priority Mail upon checkout, this was shipped with FedEx instead. The label was placed on the bottom of the box, so it traveled upside down and arrived completely damaged with the repair parts closely approaching the purchase price. I contacted the seller who informed me they had been having problems with the new person in the shipping department. Seller issued a full refund, so I will be able to make the repairs to the unit. Good seller!

    Prompt & Fast shipping via Fedex, great packing on outside, but if buying a cased item be sure to tell them to pack inside the case also, as they had none, and on trumpets, cases are meant for carrying, not the jolts of shipping. Unfortunately someone left a mouthpiece loose inside the case, left a few dings, but otherwise as described, and they were gracious and accommodated me with an apology and a partial refund. It's a great value and I'm very happy with it.
