    We ordered on Sep 26th, the seller did not ship for weeks, and ignored all of our messages asking for updates. We then opened case once it passed deadline delivery date, requested cancellation and notified seller that we cannot wait any longer. Seller then shipped it and item delivered over a week past the deadline date. Even now, the still ignores our messages. Do not buy from this seller unless you want a major headache.

    After my purchase, I was sent a tracking number which indicated that USPS was waiting for the item. The USPS status stayed this way even after the estimated shipping time elapsed, and the shipment never arrived. It took several messages to get a response from the seller, who offered to ship me another thermostat. I asked to be refunded instead, and got no response from the seller. In the end, eBay stepped in a refunded the purchase.
