    Item arrived exactly as shown in the picture but didn't function on arrival and spent almost a week trying to get it functional before contacting seller. Contacted seller afterwards and they offered a full refund and told me to not bother sending it back. Haven't received the refund as of typing this, likely due to it still processing since based on other feedback this sellers trustworthy, but all around communication was great and they were pretty generous with their response to my issue.

They accepted my refund request and then proceeded to offer me the refund without the trouble of having to return the tv.
