But this band was known for more than Harry's trumpet heroics; through its ranks passed an unparalleled procession of singing stars, and here we get to hear Helen Forrest (Skylark), Dick Haymes, Helen Ward, Connie Haines, Johnny McAfee, Buddy DiVito, Kitty Kallen (I'm Beginning to See the Light) and seven tracks from a very young (c. 1939) Frank Sinatra!
