    The seller listed this as a new item but when I received it, there was a scratch mark on the powder. When I reached out to the seller, asking her for a refund, she responded with a very nasty comment, which really surprised me. I would definitely not recommend this seller to anyone and will deal with Ebay directly to try and get a refund. I’ve attached a photo of the scratch mark.

    I have real photos of all my items listed and not stock photos so as to ensure clarity between me and the. I did not leave nasty remarks I simply suggested that if the buyer wanted to ensure a pristine product she could have bought the item at one of several different retailers for only $10 more.
