    I bought a reindeer fur from them. When it arrived it looks very nice however I noticed that it is loosing lots of its hear so easily just to the touch! I told the seller I'll keep it because I don't like to deal with overseas returns, but I'm not happy! Seller reply immediately offering sending another fur free of charge and said they'll make sure it's not losing any hear.... this what I call an outstanding customer service!!
