    Not as described and upon reading further feedback on the seller, it seems that they sell vacuums in poor condition and do not actually fully represent the condition or usage of these vacuums in their photos. The vacuum arrived with a dirty bag and an awful smell and had operational issues when the listing described it as fully operational runs great, which was misleading because it does not, and now it has to be taken in for repair before it can be used. No reply to multiple messages Twice

    Shipped very poorly. Lucky it still worked with the flimsy way it was packaged. Vacuum was dirty and left with a half used vacuum bag. After reading comments this isn’t the first time the seller sent a vacuum in this shape. Shipping was slow. Small tear in cord which wasn’t noted in description. Overall not a great experience at all. No wonder returns aren’t allowed. Stay away from buying vacuum from this seller.
