    The router was well packed , delivered by FedEx on Saturday . Received in good shape and worked as described. A great value as shipping was included in the price and a router bit, stuck in the collet was a bonus and not difficult to remove. Would shop with the vendor again.

    I was very excited about purchasing the Rainbow as my mom bought one for my allergies when I was younger. It came in a timely manner and the suction power is amazing! It was packaged well and was better than described. I've had a minor issue with the power nozzle, but we are in the process of resolving. The seller has been cooperative and responsive. It seems to be working properly again and if it continues to, I consider it an amazing value.
