      Item arrived quickly (despite the local RM!), really well packed/wrapped. The unnecessary and poorly handled RM delay makes me wonder why I pay so much for it. On first use the item seems in excellent condition, with just one tiny item missing that does not affect performance at all. Seller was very good about sending on, separately, a new version of a key component (earphone surrounds). So far I'm really happy with the item and the delivery.
