    Item was heavy and expensive. Lot's of people fail to pack heavy items properly. This one was packed real well. Item condition and quality were great. Looks brand new. My only comment is that the item was listed as "open box" but it came with stickers indicating it was factory refurbished. Would recommend disclosing this for more transparency. The seller could have removed the stickers if they were being misleading. I think it was just a miss in the item description. I would buy from them again
