It is NOT in excellent condition; it has an old musty smell and lacks the crispness and bright, defined color I would expect with a bag in "excellent" condition. Maybe it was stored in a damp place for a long time . However, I like the style and colors, and for the price I am going to clean it up and once I can fix the smell I think it will be all right. The best thing was the very reasonable shipping price.
