Match this low-frequency unit to other speakers in your collection to complete that powered sound on weekend nights.This Klipsch SW-350 subwoofer offers 350 watts on its single channel. Driving this power is the Class-D amplifier that is embedded within the electronics. As you check connections between your HDTVs, projectors, and other accessories, the built-in amp will immediately come to life when power activates the subwoofer itself. On the rear of the unit, you will find the ported opening that reveals the secret behind this system's power. The air flowing out of the enclosure allows you to hear the two, bass octaves loudly and clearly during most songs.Using the variable phase control built into the SW350 with a 0 to 180 range, you can also combine the subwoofer's two octaves of bass with other speakers that are layered to produce higher frequency sounds, which optimizes your listening experience. The additional, level adjustment switch found on the rear also improves your control over music that can range from pop to classical tunes.Hooking up the SW-350 speakers is a user-friendly experience because you have both left and right inputs for two, common connections. High-level, speaker-binding posts and line-level, RCA jacks grace the rear section with black and red colors to indicate ground and positive power, respectively. To the left of the speaker connections is the power cord connector.
