Unfortunately, she found that the print quality was so poor on several pages that they were unreadable. I reported this issue to the seller and began a chain of messages that included my sending them photos of some of the worst pages. Although they were initially apologetic and escalated my query, they eventually informed me that it was impossible to provide a copy of any better quality, and the most they could offer was a 25% refund!
