      Ceramic item arrived broken in many pieces. It was 50% the Sellers fault for not putting tape around the bubble wrap to secure it & 50% the post office for mishandling. ...But my main issue is poor customer service on the Sellers part regarding a refund. ..The Seller would not refund my money until she received the money from the post office, since she insured it. ...In my opinion, I should not have to wait for my refund. That's poor customer service. ...Ebay refunded my money right away.
