The first problem was the seller not sending the item in an envelope, and what they sent it in there was no warning "do not bend". But I saw that it indeed was bent and when I opened up this lousy cheap packaging the signed photo had a serious crease, and wrinkles. The photo that I ordered is now totally worthless. Initially, the buyer refused to provide any photos of the alleged damage to the item, and only shared pictures after three separate requests.
