Much of the raised "tacky" areas just peeled off. When I let the seller know I was offered a refund immediately. They did appear to be new with authentic German tags, so, not the seller's fault. Hated this because they were a good price and I would have bought more if these had worked out. Again, the seller was responsible and made things good so kudos to them.
