I think they're new, at least there aren't any noticeable damage to the Jabra's elite earphones. I judge that the seller had been forthright in his listing, i.e., as described. I got a great value on them too. Overall, it's a happy purchase.

I cancelled the order. on the positive side, he replied fairly quickly and did tell me about the product and sent me pictures before shipping out, so that was appreciated. Careful with your listing condition.
