      The item was poorly protected and breakage occurred in shipping, because he didn't use a bubble envelope that should have been part of the cost he charged for shippinghe. When I notified the seller (with a photo to confirm) requesting a partial credit, he immediately gave me a 100% refund. He had tried to get by with flat envelope postage cost, which is why some of the items broke. But he did the right thing and refunded within an hour of my contacting him.
