    4 stars - neutral. The item was listed as used working condition. These are high quality tools, and the price paid was a great value. The appearance in the photos also looked fine. When the item arrived and was unpackd, there was oil in the bottom of the case, the tool had a film of oil in the outside and did not function. Problem? 10-days lost in this deal. The only option the seller offered was $20 off, or returning it. I contacted FSI and repair was $75+shipping. I returned it.
