The specs were a bit lower than advertised. Came to an acceptable resolution with the seller. Laptop was slightly used, not exactly an open box, but close enough. SSD drives registered about 550hrs and 230 startup cycles, OS installed in a way that it didn't work out of the box. Other than that it looked brand new. Hard to find a better deal, so despite all complications I would buy again.

If they had said that, I simply wouldn’t have bought it. They didn’t provide the password and now I’m stuck with a laptop limited by something I wasn’t told about. The packaging and shipping were fine, but this is not fair. I hope they understand they should disclose this kind of issue before selling.
