    I guess the negative feedback is the topping on the cake, considering what a moron you are. Whole story: first this dude cannot get the laptop started, because he lacks patience. Once he got it started, he managed to disable the AUDIO on it. I told him to get a driver from the OEM, he can't understand things well so he got one from Dell, it didn't work, so he proceeded to re-install Windows. That didn't work either, so he wanted to return the laptop, and I called him on it. So I got a NEG.
