It was securely packaged with bubble wrap but still got chipped badly. It looked like FedEx dropped it really hard. Unfortunately FedEx refused any responsibilities even though I provided all the pictures of the box, packaging and damaged chocolate pot. So the seller ended up reimbursing me out of her own pocket. Shame on FedEx.

I ended up with 2 instead of 4 and very much smaller shakers and not what was on the post! The ones I received were .3 ounce/8 grams, not worth the money! BUYER BEWARE!
