The package/box of the item was all soggy and warped and the item itself had a wet-like goo on it and from the cap. Not sure how it could happen or why. The bottle seems a little less full now but still some product inside. I tried taking pictures that would help show the soggy, warped box etc. Other than that fact, the item is new & as described.
