I used Fedex and $12 was the amount ebay/fedex decided it would cost based on size/weight and was included in the listing. I dont pick the price they do this automatically. Shipping cost/method being used was all listed in the listing and nothing changed during auction. Again very sorry you felt it was expensive, I wish shipping was cheaper than it is, but I dont decide what they charge:(
