It was damaged during shipping 2. It was damaged during installation, which neither one of them fits my problem. It's really not the seller's fault. Because I don't see how they would have known that they would have really checked it over closely, but it is their fault . To make me jump through a bunch of hoops, just to get a return shipping label to get refund
