It was packed in its original case and then that package was wrapped separately inside another shipping box, it too was well done. The ornament is in pristine condition.     The plates were not wrapped individually when packed. Seller put bubble wrap around the box without protecting the individual plates so two plates were broken when the item arrived. When I notified seller that item arrived damaged, I received a response that basically said tough luck, file a claim with the USPS. Seller had to be aware the shipper needs to file the claim as the buyer does not have the required documentation. I filed a claim with eBay and received a full refund. Beware.
