The keep warm function keeps the rice soft and warm without burning it or drying it out like the others we tried. It is really good for wholegrain rice as well as white rice and cooks them both to perfection. It is really easy to clean; it looks lovely and it works really, really well. It was a bit expensive but I think worth it. We are very pleased with it. Thank you!
