    This is the second battery purchased from your company and have had the same problem. This being the manufacturer problems. The protrusion on the bottom of the battery, which sets in the slot on the GPS differs from the original battery, thus prevents it from locking in at the top. This was the problem on both even tho the first was with a different part #.. I think you will find you have a problem with batteries that are not compatible with Garmin GPS. regardless of the model number
