    Vendor priced this too low, which was reflected in the way he packaged it to ship. It arrived with one inch of the tail broken off. Vendor will not refund me unless I send it back. After asking me several questions and for photos, one message at a time, which he later explained was for a claim against USPS, he offered me $5.27 if I keep it and complained that he lost time and money on this transaction. I'm not even comfortable sending it back. What if it breaks more? Not worth the hassle.

    Buyer was offered a FULL and COMPLETE REFUND, after returning (DAMAGED IN SHIPPING product) OR a 50 percent refund and keeping the product. Buyer chose not to return product. I did not "complain" to purchaser, I simply explained the situation and asked buyer for an explanation of the problem they were having with the product and for photos of the damage, which is reasonable. buyer chose to not have the "hassle" of returning the Damaged in shipping product for a FULL REFUND.
