The CPU shipped to me was as described, even though there were a few bent pins. I was able to straighten them with minimal effort so no issue! The value was excellent since I needed this exact CPU for an older server system that failed.

    Seller bent about 20 pins when shipping because they shoved the CPU in the plastic backwards. Had I not been good at bending them back into place, it would've been DOA, they're lucky I'm not asking for a refund. Good price, but seller is a complete dumbass. No protection for a 5900x except for a small plastic case that they couldn't even put the CPU in correctly, then shoved in the tiniest envelope they could find.
