I usually drop my items off at the post office but to save time I gave them to the driver and for some reason your item wasn't scanned which happens sometimes when giving to a driver but wasn't delivered as well. That being said I would like to make it right, I filed a claim with the post office and when I get it back I'll send it to you free of charge.
