I always accept returns when there are issues with the item. She provided photos of an item that wasn’t even close to the item I sent. See original listing of photos of my item. I let her know I will issue refund if it is in the condition I sent. Buyer never sent the item back. If it was my item as she claimed she would have returned it. But her photos showed an item very different than my item.
