However, the ngc label with the QR code looked like someone tried to open the case thus may have caused the label scratches.. NGC website photos shows no label scratches. NGC could not guarantee the quality of coin. Spoke with seller n seem to be oblivious. They did offer a return refund. Could not take a chance so returned coin. Coin looks appearance looks very nice. Fair communication. Seller need to be professional in their response. 🤷♂️🤔
