Like my previous purchases, the item was as described, well packaged, and works great! Also, they had multiple laptops with the same specs, and I still received the exact laptop pictured. That might not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. FedEx delayed the delivery twice, but that's not the fault of the seller. Highly recommended and will definitely buy from again!!!
