The item arrived quickly but the input plug on the amp had a issue with shorting, so if I wiggled the cord a bit it would go into static. I tried two different cords before reaching out to the seller about the issue with a video, and the seller just refunded the entire amp without any hesitation. Very nice seller, great communication, and great value. The amp was as described, aside from the short in the input plug.
