      The "Mens Casual Blazer ... Notched" was advertised in the "Item specifics" as being "medium" but also "42" "short". I normally wear a 42 short so I ordered this coat. When it arrived, I could barely get the coat on -- tight on the shoulders. The sleeves were almost three inches above my wrists and I could not button this coat. It was NOT a 42 short. Although I received a full refund, it cost me $14.85 to return this coat. This was not advertised correctly and I should be refunded postage.
