    The item that is pictured, isn't what I received,seller agreed to give me a full refund if I payed for the shipping or give me half of what I paid..I kept the item and was only refunded $30 of $ 115 which I originally paid

    against my policy I was kind enough to take back your return full refund if you shipped back and offered you as well a partial refund if you kept it. I never said 50% since I know you were going to wear it anyway. You obviously were trying to take advantage of my kind consideration. Next time I know never to be so kind as to go against my return policy.
